The check-in process was seamless, and the attendant taking vitals was friendly and helpful with follow up information. The doctor was exceptional. He was professional, personable, and answered all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this particular healthcare facility to anyone in the area. Outstanding!

It was a really great experience for me at Memorial Clinic urgent care. I accidentally cut my hand and received stitches. I went in with no one in the waiting room and got in quickly. I was helped and cared for very well. The MA, nurse, and doctor were very kind and hospitable.

Staff was amazing. Went I went to pickup my prescription they couldn’t find me, eventually they did but my name was listed wrong. The instance had sent over a name that I have not legally had in over 7 years? I recommend better vetting of what’s in the “system”!

This was probably the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. When I came in there was no one else in the waiting room, which doesn’t always mean you’ll be seen promptly, but that’s what it meant for me. I saw Dr. Fox and he did a thorough examination of my injury and took the time to explain the possible diagnoses and treatment options. He was so nice! Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the nurse that took me back for X-rays, but she was also very nice and went out of her way to help me get images I could take with me. The facilities were immaculate and it was great to just get my X-ray done on site, then the radiologist had them read within minutes. I had a time crunch and the staff all made backup plans for the event that I might have to leave before everything was completed. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this urgent care clinic!
