I recently had an exceptional experience at this hotel that I can’t recommend highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. I booked a room with two beds, but one was too soft for my father, who has undergone multiple back surgeries and requires a firmer mattress. Despite it being one of the busiest weekends of the year during the NASCAR playoffs, the front desk staff promptly offered us a different room to accommodate his needs—a level of attentiveness that truly stood out. Later that evening, I found myself dealing with an unexpected bout of acid reflux and visited the hospitality desk in search of Tums, only to learn they were sold out. To my surprise, the manager overheard my situation and, without hesitation, offered to personally drive me to a nearby store to purchase what I needed. This extraordinary act of kindness and dedication to guest care is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff consistently friendly, and the management’s commitment to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. My experience here was nothing short of outstanding, and I’m already looking forward to returning next year. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone seeking a welcoming, top-notch hotel experience to book a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

It was a good place, but in the midst of renovations, so building materials in the hallways and hallway rugs were worn. We were not bothered by construction as we were gone most days of our almost week-long stay. The room was adequate and the bathroom had been redone with a walk-in shower that we appreciated. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options and it seemed to be supplied regardless of the hour we ate. The staff was good and professional.

We literally walked into a diasater! The hotel was undergoing a remodel. They said our room was done, but there were a few things in the hallway. It was a mess. Mattresses, furniture and garbage littered the hallway. Paint splashes everywhere. When we got to our room, we could not adjust the temperature, the shower leaked, the bathroom door handle came off. They were able to adjust the temp, but it then got too cold. I was able to turn it off, but then we could not turn it back on. They said that all the showers were leaking and would fix ours but we didn't want to sit in the hotel waiting for maintenance. I slept on the pull out couch which was like sleeping on a medevil torture device. I could feel every spring in that mattress. The chair in our room was stained.. gross. Just not a great experience. We would have switched hotels but I had to pay for this one in advance. Shelby at the front desk was very nice.

The rooms are spacious, and there are no loud noises—you can’t hear your neighbors in the next room. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the last three weeks for work, and I’ve been happy with my stay each week. Housekeeping is always on top of things and keeps the room clean. The front desk staff is very helpful, quick, and efficient.
