Brock SumpterOn 09/30/2021 My vehicle was damaged by their employees. The mower had run over a Chef Boyarde can that ejected from the mower into the front right of my quarter panel. It put a small indentation and 2 medium sized paint chunks out 9f it down to metal. The mower stopped and immediately admitted fault. A supervisor arrived shortly after and also apologized and directed me that his boss Tony Diaz in Jacksonville told him to tell me to get a police report. I promptly did so right after I came inside. Two separate employees gave me Mr Diaz number. I left a voice a voice mail stating I would have the report in the morning and complimented his employees for their courtesy and respect. I have since then left a total of 4 voice mails with Mr Diaz. He has never responded. As of this review I will be paying for.the repair and taking this company to civil court for the cost of repairs. If anything changes from this review I will edit with explanation.
Randy KralkaI have been a maintenance supervisor for 15 years and I have had many landscapers come and go until we found us lawns. My property is 16 acres with over a thousand bushes and hundreds of trees. The property always seemed to be lacking curb appeal until now. Tony from us lawns came in and turned my property around. When you pull into the property your eyes are drawn in to the lush grass the manicured bushes with the sharp edging that looks amazing. The flower beds and pine straw are well maintained. They are also extremely knowledgeable about irrigation. Tony and his extraordinary team has the knowledge and the eye to bring a property that's ok to unbelievable. Everyone of his workers are professional polite and very pleasant to talk to. They are all uniformed there trucks are nice and there equipment is nice that to me tells a lot about the employees and the owner. If you want a over the top landscaping company with competitive price you have to have tony @us lawns.
Angela RoachOne of their workers destroyed my patio/awning cover and is refusing to reimburse and to take any responsibility for their workers action. My neighbor heard and saw them when they messed my patio/awning cover and did not even notify me that they had damaged it, thinking they could get away with it because I was not at home at the time. Good thing I have good neighbors and wish I could say the same about the lawn care.
