I attempted to purchase a license key because the website advertised that I would receive it immediately in my email. I received three emails, one confirming creating of my account. on confirming the order, and a final one saying verification was needed (but once verified, delivery would be immediate). I was on the phone with tech support for more than 20 minutes as they verified my information and explained to me over and over that this doesn't normally happen. I was then told I'll just have to wait potentially 24 hours to receive my key. I don't recommend purchasing from this company as their customer service can not explain why these problems happen or why they advertised it as immediate delivery when it simply wasn't.
