Robert KeckI’ve always had a good experience here. We do Lamb Weston french fry loads into them, prepaid lumper. I don’t know how early they take you ahead of appointment time but I’ve always gotten there 10-30 minutes b4 appointment and was always sent straight to a door. Typically unloaded 60-90 minutes after appointment.

Paul TurmanVery bad, I showed up at 0645 for an 0800 appointment. Was given a door at guard shack only to find another truck already in the door. Called to see what I needed to do, and they told me to wait behind the shop for another door. Finally, I got the same door once that truck moved at 1045. Once I pulled away from the door after getting unloaded at 1422, i was left with 7 cases of damaged products. And torn up pallets all over the trailer. Didn't leave the facility until 1502. Gave 1 star just to comment. Try to avoid it if you can.
Info PrivateThe checkin-unload time was reasonable. Overall almost 3 hours. The guard was nice, window ladies were fine. Where I have a problem is their lumper service. $555 to unload a trailer is ridiculous. A restacking fee is a rip-off. Shippers aren't required to ship ready for you to store YOUR product. Bad pallets? Took you an hour to pull it off the trailer and considering there was practically no pallet pieces, I'd say they were all fine. Trucking companies should avoid these places whether they pay or not. Our rates are down and these crooks are taking 250/hr to do their job. It's crazy and there should be a stop to this type of fraud.
