Phenomenal experience. Michael was outstanding. Great chair side manners, really eased my anxiety about the whole thing. Karishma (sp?) was super informative and explained things in a calming manner too. Dr. Loranzano (sp?) double checked EVERYTHING so that was also reassuring. The equipment is all new and up to date. They took care of my care plan, scheduling the next visits, and sending info to insurance for approval. Really high class place! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back and continuing my dental care there!

I never thought going to the orthodontist could be so enjoyable, but every visit has been amazing! The entire team, from the doctors to the front desk staff, are some of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met. Even when there’s a new face, I feel right at home. The atmosphere at the clinic is always welcoming, and the security guard in the lobby is also super friendly. Special shout-out to Justin for making my experience today extra great – he was my guide for the day and made everything smooth and easy. Hands down the best orthodontist in Westchester. Highly recommend!

They took the time to explain each step, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the procedure. Their precision and expertise were evident, as I experienced minimal discomfort both during and after the treatment. As someone who has dealt with dental pain for a while, I truly appreciate the care and skill The Touro Dental team provided. The office was clean and welcoming, with state-of-the-art equipment that made the process even more efficient. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and the aftercare instructions were clear and helpful. Extremely professional, courteous, very thorough and state of the art intake/exam. Facilities are immaculate. I felt I was in extremely good hands. Continuation of care is very thorough and top notch. However, the ability to contact the staff is difficult at best. This is a concern if there is an infection present, or you need to reach someone after hours in an emergency. This is where the clinic falls very short. Not acceptable. No one wants to wait 48 hours if infection or pain is present. The staff and students are wonderful, communication between departments and patients is not good.
