I write this because I know someone is going to read it and make a decision to come see this team and you won't regret it. My mother was recently treated here for an aggressive diagnosis, and the level of respect and genuine compassion we received was truly outstanding. As a healthcare provider myself, I have incredibly high standards for patient care, but the team at Urology Nevada exceeded every single one of them. In an era where medicine can often feel rushed or transactional, this practice is a well-oiled machine, that hasn’t lost its heart. From a clinical standpoint, the anesthesiology team was phenomenal and they made a high-stress situation feel safe and managed. I also want to specifically recognize Lorena, her surgery nurse, who provided such attentive and kind care, and Will in billing, who went way out of his way to help us navigate the logistics during a difficult time. Dr. Tam and the entire staff took the time to speak with our family, ensuring we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. They treated my mother with a level of dignity and humanity that reminded me why I chose to go into the medical field in the first place. This is what medicine should look like. We are deeply grateful for their expertise, their efficiency, and most of all, their kindness.

My first visit here was great. Super fast. Everyone was super friendly. The only thing so far I am having problems with is getting return phone calls. I have had 2 situations where a phone call the same day or next day should have happened but did not. Promised a few times a call would be returned on a certain day for scheduling and nothing. I know Drs. have busy schedules but someone should be able to return important phone calls asap. One time my Dr. Had no idea I even called. Lack of communication somewhere that needs to fixed. I have worked in a large Drs. office and I know it’s possible to return calls same day.

The staff is outstandingly courteous and efficient. I was made welcome, though late for the appointment. Processed my new insurance very quickly. The doctor reviewed test results thoroughly and explained the course of action in layperson terms. I am very happy with the experience in total.
