Wimauma, FL: On 6/19/25, a young salesperson named Emma (I believe) walked past not one, but THREE of my "No Solicitors, Do NOT Ring Doorbell or Knock on Door" signs and rang my doorbell 3X and knocked on my door 4X. While wearing a blue t-shirt with this company's logo, she claimed she was the owner. Who in their right mind ignores "No Solicitors" signs, continues to ring the doorbell/knock on the door, then thinks the person who answers the door will be anything less than angry with them?? As someone who is also in the pest control industry and travels nationwide, I will make it a point to not recommend this company.

David was really professional and enthusiastic about his job! He answered my million and one questions in great details without any hesitation. He was very thorough with cleaning and spraying every nook and cranny throughout our home. This is our first indoor treatment. Kennedy was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She showed us the problem areas around our home, and why we weren’t seeing results from our previous pest control service. Jason and David took their time and did a great job treating around the house and even cleaned up all of the spider webs around the house, up high, on the fences, on the patio, and in the garage. This was our first time going with the company and we are already seeing the results we wanted. Also, Kennedy is very easy to reach out to and express any concerns to her that you may have. The price is great with the services that they provide on their visits compared to other companies. I highly recommend Urbanex.
