Danielle was so sweet and fun! I really enjoyed our thorough consultation, lovely head massage at the shampoo bowl and the education she provided while she styled my hair. Plus, my curls looks amazing. So many compliments!! Can’t wait to come back!

Edit... Owner responded that she offered to take me back and have someone look at it, yes she did, but with a haircut at $52. THAT'S why I refused. My husband was a witness. Then she states my husband didn't pay $400. So I showed a receipt. Kristen told me AFTER she started checking foils that it might take more applications. But in the beginning, she said she could do it. Like I said, all other salons have on the 1st application with no problems of burning. She suggested for me to buy this certain brand of shampoo, conditioner, and hair masque, so I did because I don't want hair damage any worse than bleaching it, of course and she didnt have rime to do it like original plan alomg with trim with original quote. I am more than willing to show owner the highlights that were done but without a $52 trim! Also he has always left a nice tip wherever we go he normally rounds it off. Beware beware beware!! I came here because of the reviews. I know 1 star never gets read sooo to make sure this gets read I gave it 4. Great atmosphere, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, it would be 1 star for hair. I've had full highlights a few times before. But never from here. Never a issue and it always looked great (up to $350). I had an appointment at 12:45, and Kristen was the one that started it. I showed her what I wanted and she assured me it was no problem. She only did the top of my head and not the back at all. That's NOT FULL highlights. This was something I was doing for my hubby that has 4th stage cancer. One of his last wishes. I asked her why she didn't do the back and she said with the hair she did it would fall to the back and be highlighted. I knew that was bull because all other salons like Ruffalos did entire head. I even told her that. When she started taking foils out THATS when she said it may take a couple times to get it to blonde highlights. No other place had a issue on the 1st time. I even told her what level they used and what toner. I now have brassy under highlights with a blonde face frame. Well if the face frame got blonde why didn't the rest was my question. She was in a rush to leave so had another girl come help take the rest of foils out, use toner (one on each side which was weird), and then both blow dried my hair (charged $40 for 2 people to use hand blow dryers no cut and no style). I told her right then and there she didn't do it right and why were highlights only seen if hair was pulled back, she said that the next session she could do more. We payed $400 for a very crappy job and I didn't even get a hair mask and cut that was originally in price. They rescheduled me 2 days later for the hair mask and cut and was going to charge $52 for a 1/4 in trim...I can go elsewhere for under $20 for a 1/4 trim!! They refused to do anything to fix the problem...like do the job right!! I was willing to wait 6-8 weeks so less damage to hair. Owner just kept saying same thing that she knew 2 ladies were doing my hair. But again WHY 2? If Kristen couldn't do correct highlights then why schedule for her to do it? Why can't you redo my hair and NOT recharge me? The owner did see my hair and SEEN it was a crappy job. If your employees KNOW they have someone that takes 4 hrs to do they should of made appointment at a earlier time. Not rush it and leave me with blonde face streak and brassy if I pull hair up!! Now come on...you all know how us ladies don't like our hair screwed up. And mine is to my butt!!!! Didn't take good care of it all this time to get ruined! Now I can't even pull hair up because of how ugly that brassy yellow is. It was a last wish for a loved one that has terminal cancer and you ruined it. Hope you're happy with yourself. I really wish I could show pictures. All other reviews allow it. At least they are all being shared on other platforms.

Jenna made me feel so comfortable and very detailed and attentive to my hair care and needs. I love her head massages, and she’s a curl master! I had the pleasure of having her twice in the past week, and I have a scheduled appointment in 6 weeks! Chloe also took care of me she did my color and placement for my balayage. She also was wonderful listened to everything I wanted, took her time. She was very gentle and gave me some suggestions and I love the end result! Very beautiful place and the staff are so warm and welcome! I would definitely recommend anyone I know in my area to stop on by! I love my new hair!
