We had our driveway paved on August 31, 2022. Initially it was great but shortly after the material began to chip away and create bald patches that resulted in an unsafe and uneven walking surface. We contacted them for a repair, and after a long delay they finally agreed to make a repair on August 31- Sept 1, 2024. However the repair itself was subpar at best. The material did not match the initial installation colour and it is very patchy. Because the material continues to come out in large chunks, it tracks in our shoes (like kitty litter) when we enter our home and need to vacuum daily. We have tried calling several times since May 2025 but since nobody picked up, we have left numerous voice messages. As it is August now, not a single representative has responded to our requests. We initially looked into Urban Rubber Paving for their budget friendly price however I cannot recommend them for either their product or customer service. Whatever initial savings we had are no longer worth it. They are not honouring their 5 year warranty and suggest you look elsewhere for pavement options. Please save your time and money.

Urban Rubber Paving is a great company to deal with. After considering different options we chose rubber paving for the appearance and cost effectiveness. We were not disappointed, it made a huge difference and we are very happy with the outcome. We had an issue with some discolouration on the front path but they were very responsive to our concerns and worked with us until it was resolved (under warranty). I was very impressed by their customer service, the professionalism and politeness of everyone we dealt with. Thanks!

Urban Rubber Paving Vancouver (URPV)did a marvelous job, a makeover for my front and back yard. Our yard was concrete, uneven with cracks. Urban leveled the ground for us and applied rubber paving on top. The rubber product is non-slip, safe for kids and the surface is rubbery. I dropped my phone on it and no damage at all. The cost is so much cheaper than concrete and the finishing is so much nicer. Also, there are many colour you can choose from. Mitchell Jarvie, Owner of URPV, came in person to repair some deficiencies for us. We are so happy with their service and definitely will refer their service to anyone. Now, we enjoy sitting out there everyday. Just looking at it makes us feel good:)

I recently had Urban Rubber Paving come and do my walkways around my house along with my front steps. The young lads did an amazing job in the sweltering heat. What a huge difference it has made in the appearance of my home.
