This store has seen much better days. Shopping there now feels like a low end experience even though the prices don't reflect that. The main issue is they are severely understaffed at this store especially with cashiers and in the meat/seafood department. There is often nobody working there or one person trying to serve 4 or 5 people waiting in line. The self checkout kiosks are fine if you only have a handful of items but most people don't want to check themselves out when they have $100 or more worth of groceries. It just adds stress to the whole experience. They usually only have one single cashier working and there is a long line for that. They also have too many deals that are relegated to the"weekly ads" and just having a shoppers card doesn't qualify you for those deals and that whole experience can be confusing as well. Many of the employees helping near the self checkout areas are uninformed and can barely answer any questions. There is often riffraff visiting this store due to its location on 27th st. Also, I have found that almost all Pick N Save stores in the nearby area have gotten pretty same-y with what they offer especially with their grab and go foods that are already prepared. They almost never add any new items and rarely have any sales. Honestly, I only still go to this store when they have a deal on soda and because it is a close to drive for me.

This location has honestly fallen so low on quality and customer service it should be shut down. Produce section is plagued with mold on fruit and vegetables, sale items are always out, digital coupons rarely work, staff should have a dress code. Just sad to see this store fall so poorly.

A staple grocery store lines for self check out are long du to closed registers! Was there yesterday at 5 PM . Store needs to get more organic items as well.

Poor customer service at the customer service counter. I took responsibility for misunderstanding the process and misreading something but the way she talked to me was uncalled for saying did you actually read this? If you would have read all of this then you would have read that you need to.... And then dismissing me while i was trying to apologize and get clarification she was not happy to be doing her job maybe she would be better suited in the back doing stock and inventory then actually having to help customers in the customer service department this store needs better management and training! Would give no stars but that's not an option.
