She is very articulate about her work and cares for your nails instead of just “doing” them. I got jelly polish for the first time and absolutely love them. Keaira LeeOkay this might be a long review. I went to this nail salon because it was to only one open on a Sunday after 6pm. Mostly everyone else was closed. I tried to call and make an appointment but you couldn’t make an appointment due to there being some sort of policy that doesn’t allow appointments on Sundays, only walk ins. I pulled up at around 6:20pm and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes until I was seated in a chair. Then another 15 minutes until someone started on my toes, and then another 20 minutes until someone started on my nails. I patiently waited until I received my services because I understood that they were super busy due to them really being the only shop open after 6pm on a Sunday. Reasons why I gave them 3 stars is because even though the wait time was very long (they did do a great job getting people in and out), I was disappointed on how my nails came out. My toes seem ok, but the shaping for my nails are not the best. Not sure if it was because they were in a hurry or if it was the lack of skill from the person who did them. I honestly don’t like them. My feet are not as soft as they could be. I wouldn’t really come here unless you are desperately needing your nails done on a Sunday after 6pm lol. Or come when is not busy. UPDATE: They called me to come back in to get my nails redone and I did. I absolutely love my nails now! They look so much better. Before leaving, the lady at the front desk was very sorry and gave me a $10 gift card. They were so apologetic and helpful and I’m grateful for that. Thank you !
