Nika JI decided to visit this store and won't be returning due to the pure lack of customer service. I was never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. My sister and myself were the only customers in the store. When I spoke to one of the two women working she acted as if I were pulling teeth. I was excited because I have lost a lot of weight and was looking to purchase a new wardrobe. I'm big on customer service, 2018 Customer Service of the year recipient for the City of Richmond and it's surrounding areas. I was a Layne Bryant associate years ago and remember how creating a great shopping experience went a long way when it came to meeting goals. A great sale was missed.

The stores is attached to Kohl's Department Store, unlike how it is displayed on the map. There is a small side street that separates Target and Kohl's.
