I had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience at this clinic. I went in for a regular dental cleaning appointment, and the moment I sat down, the hygienist began scolding me for not coming every 4 months. She reprimanded me as though I were a child, instead of treating me with respect as a patient. What shocked me even more was that without even looking at my teeth, she immediately claimed that I had “a lot of plaque build-up.” How can a hygienist make such a judgment without even examining a patient first? This was completely unprofessional and set the wrong tone for the visit. To make things worse, they charged me $224 and only cleaned 1/4th of my teeth, insisting that I needed to return for two more appointments. When I asked if it could be done in one sitting, I was brushed off — it honestly felt like the clinic was more interested in extracting insurance money than providing proper care. Eventually, they agreed to a 1.5 hour follow-up appointment to complete the cleaning. But when I tried to book it, the receptionist told me — in a rude and dismissive tone — that there were no evening appointments available for the rest of the year. This was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. This clinic has completely lost my trust and my business. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and proper treatment — not scolding, assumptions without examination, half-finished work, and rude service.

This has been our clinic for over 10 years, long since before Drs. Jason and Susanna took over from Dr. Atwal. Both Drs. now are outstanding. All the staff are absolutely wonderful. Jennifer is always so helpful and very accommodating. We're very lucky, I think. Didn't always have experiences like this.

So happy with this office. Two visits so far with my 3 year old and we have had an amazing experience. Both hygienists were so fantastic with my daughter, Kameela was very interactive with my daughter and explained everything to her. On our first visit I offhandedly mentioned to the receptionist a flavour of lip balm I liked from my dental office and was impressed they took my recommendation and had that flavour available at today's visit. Very receptive and responsive, staff are fantastic all around. They have Netflix and my daughter was able to watch Paw patrol during her cleaning. The dentist is fantastic well, always very engaging with my daughter. Highly recommend the office
