Felicity always checks in and asks if there is anything that can improve my experience at the club. It is obvious she cares about her work. Felicity is always engaged with club members. So refreshing seeing someone go out of their way for a nice customer experience!

I come here regularly. During the winter, I realized I had forgotten my hoodie, and when I went back the same day, it was gone, I assume it was stolen. Today, after finishing a heavy workout, I forgot my headphones. When I called and later visited the branch a few hours later, they were not there. They weren’t in the lost & found either. I was told that CCTV footage could not be checked and they told me that even the manager would not be able to review it. If you are not going to review the cameras in the event of a theft, then why are those cameras there in the first place? What could possibly be more important than helping a customer who has experienced a loss? I expect a response from you and at the very least, a little empathy.

Someone took the fan from the back of the group fitness room that had been there for years instead of renting or buying another one..I am on medication that makes me warmer ...I mentioned it to the front staff and they said to move the one from the front. I did.Another member got angry and make a huge deal...told every member that came in it was me and pointed...it was awful...zi haven't been back as I dont know if the fan is still there and I don't want to go through the ridicule again. Terrible Experience.
