I confirmed multiple rides with Krista over a month in advance. The week before, I reached out to confirm again and ask a question. The response was a screenshot of a text conversation to a number one off from mine (so I did not get this text) stating that they are no longer available that day because one of their Suburbans got into an accident. Krista had my correct phone number because I had originally texted and called her to book. No email (where the original confirmation was sent) was sent either. When I called multiple times to try and have a conversation she refused to answer the phone and only texted back “regretfully we are not available” - per our original phone conversation, the Suburban (the apparently out of service vehicle) was not scheduled for 2 of our confirmed rides. She has done absolutely nothing to make this right. Now, my large group and I are without rides 3 days before our trip. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!!

Krista drove me from Alpena to Gaylord after a horrendous snowstorm that buried my car in Gaylord. Unselfishly, she helped dig me out and made sure I started safely on my way home. Her service was way above and beyond and I would definitely recommend her in the future. Joey A

Shane with Up North Rides is the most amazing driver. He is always early for your pickup, the vehicles are spotless, inside and out. Shane has been our go to driver since 2019. Airport pickups from Petoskey and Traverse City to Harbor Springs! When our Daughter had her December Wedding in Harbor Springs, Shane made sure the numerous pickups went seamlessly! Our guest were raving about Up North Rides!!! On one occasion, our friend’s luggage did not arrive on the correct flight into Traverse City. Shane made two round trips to pickup the luggage and deliver it to our home late in the night. So many more occasions I could share…they are all 5 Star ⭐️

We had an awesome Driver pick us up and take us to an amazing wine Tour, out on old mission peninsula!! His mane was Shane, We just had the best conversation and the wine tour was Shane's recommendation!! We highly recommend this ride service to anyone we know and for anyone else as well. In our book Up North Rides was 6 out of 5 stars!!! Highly recommended to Antoine needing a ride service!!
