This practice is amazing!!! From the front desk staff, to the students, to the dentist, I was treated with care and compassion. The atmosphere is positive, the students are so knowledgeable and pleasant, and the dentist is top notch! And I have beautiful dentures!! 😁 I 100% recommended this dental practice to anyone! I am horrible with names, but the female dentist at this place is amazing!! I usually dread dental work. She made it not hard at all! She did a root canal on me and I was worried that it was going to hurt, get infected, etc. Like usual, but nope! She did such an amazing job and absolutely no pain!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Having serious problems with a partial denture they made for me a year ago and they're telling me they won't even ask the dentist if he'll remake it until May next year, when they'll set me an appointment to ask him myself. Can't simply ask him on my behalf and tell me yes or no on getting it remade, have to wait 8 months to get an answer. They've adjusted it several times and even mistakenly lead me to believe there's nothing else that can be done for it. They've also had a cleaning appointment scheduled for me that they told me should cost $102. They called this morning to tell me it'd be more like $180-250, and then tried to gaslight me saying they never quoted me a price even though I have it in my calendar from when they set it up after my previous appointment. They know I pay cash and have to save money to make it happen, and they call 48 hours before I'm supposed to arrive to tell me the price doubled?? I've been a patient here for years and barely gotten anything done due to the constant run around. Maybe I should start seeing a dentist where all the help isn't still in college.
