I have always been nervous about the dentist (bad past experiences) and it’s been two years since I’ve been so I was extremely nervous. Everyone who helped me was extremely nice and professional. The front desk, the lady who did my x-rays, the dental hygienist, and the dentist were all amazing. They all made me feel comfortable and were quick and efficient. My teeth have never felt this clean. It was such a good experience, I’m going to make sure to stay on top of my appointments. Also the toothbrush they gave me is hands down the best toothbrush I’ve ever used. I highly recommend this place for all ages! Also they have a train going around the ceiling in the entire building, even through a tunnel in the bathroom! So kids would love this place!

If my service with them had ended at my last visit, I would have them at a five star rating. They were great about getting me in quickly, setting me up for future appointments, and working with my insurance. The dental hygienist, dentist, and dental technicians were all very friendly and attentive during my procedures. I felt comfortable (as comfortable as one can be at the dentist at least) and looked after by the expert staff. The issue comes with my most recent experience. I had a Monday appointment that was confirmed on a Friday. Prior to this, I had multiple messages to confirm and remind me about this upcoming appointment, which had been on the books for about three weeks. That following Saturday, the Saturday between the final confirmation and the appointment itself, I received a message that there was an issue with my appointment. Apparently, I had been scheduled with the wrong doctor the entire time, and no one had caught it. I was rescheduled for a later date, which was outside the range of my current insurance. Not only did I have to get another partial day off from work, but I was now expected to pay for the entire procedure without my previous insurance, which was very good and would have covered a significant portion of it. I tried to see if I could pay early to at least let my current insurance cover it, but that wasn't possible according to the staff. It's very frustrating, knowing a clerical error on their part is going to cost me both time and money, and yet there's nothing being done to fix it on their end other than putting me on a list in hopes someone cancels before my insurance expires. I hope they fix this, but until then, I'm going to finish out this treatment and then find someone else who is more reliable and won't screw me over in such a way.

DD of Norman has cured my gingivitis and helps me care for my teeth. They are very kind, courteous and it’s virtually pain free. They listen to my concerns and explain exactly what’s happening in my mouth. They work with me. I recommend them to everyone!

As soon as I moved to Norman I had a serious dental emergency, Dental Depot got me in immediately. From the front desk back to the assistance and doctor, everyone treated me respectfully and super friendly! I've been back three times since, and I get the same friendly fantastic service each time, thank you Dental Depot!! P.S. my grandson is only 3 months old now, but when he's ready I can't wait to take him for his first dentist appointment at the Norman dental Depot 🩷👼🏼
