Dr Moe and all of the staff at this facility were incredible! I came in for a root canal and it was such a smooth experience. They made me feel comfortable and talked to me throughout the process. I highly recommend this practice!

I called Universal Dental of Chicago because I’m in severe pain and needed an emergency dental appointment. The receptionist who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of showing any concern or trying to schedule me, she spoke with an attitude and made it feel like I was bothering her for asking basic questions. I was in a lot of pain and simply needed guidance, but I hung up feeling worse. If this is how they treat patients over the phone — especially people calling for emergency help — it says a lot about how they value their patients. I ended up calling other clinics that were much more understanding and respectful. I really hope management addresses how patients are being treated on the first point of contact.

I was so impressed that I decided to switch not only myself but my entire family over to his care. After years with another dental practice, I can confidently say this was the best decision we’ve made for our dental health. Dr. Mohammed is incredibly kind, caring, and professional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and truly makes you feel at ease. His work is efficient and high-quality, and he has a friendly, welcoming demeanor that makes every visit pleasant. The entire staff is just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares and does excellent work, I highly recommend Dr. Mohammed and his team!
