I have been to this location more frequently for the past month due to my son having recurring ear infections and unfortunately, they seem to come on Saturdays so we couldn’t see our usually pediatrician. In our last two visits the physician has been rude and gave little empathy. In one of our recent appointments, she mentioned she wanted to “prove us wrong” about our son’s ear infection, and behold he had one. Got annoyed when we shared the meds that have and have not worked and basically shut us down. In the visit we had today, she looked and this time he didn’t have it, but she mentioned even if he did, that he shouldn’t be treated unless there is a fever. The way she communicated the message was very cold and basically made it seem like we are wasting her time and we should have known this information though he is our first child and only 7 months old. We just want to take the best care of our son. I’m not sure what is going on, we have been to this clinic countless times over the years and the care just seems to not be there anymore. Completely understand physician and nurses have a lot on their plates but, it’s becoming a very negative experience every time we go and that is concerning as a patient.

I’ve been using this clinic for the past two years purely out of convenience due to its proximity to my home. While the front desk staff and nurses have always been courteous and professional, my experiences with the physicians and nurse practitioners have consistently left me feeling dismissed, minimized, and treated as though I’m a burden rather than a patient seeking care. Despite always being respectful and clear in my communication, I’ve repeatedly been made to feel like I’m receiving a favor rather than medical treatment. My chronic autoimmune condition—treated with immunosuppressants that significantly lower my immune response—is routinely downplayed, and any context or relevant information I provide is brushed aside. Appointments are rushed, my concerns are often invalidated, and I’m left feeling like they just want to move on to the next patient. I understand the demands of healthcare, but professionalism and empathy should never be sacrificed due to volume. Unfortunately, it feels like compassion has been lost here. I’ve finally decided to seek care elsewhere, even if it means traveling farther, because I refuse to continue feeling dismissed at a place that should be helping me feel better. I’m no expert, but I do believe medical professionals take an oath to serve and advocate for patients. Based on my experience, that standard is not being upheld at this clinic.

Was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes. Arrived and was seen quickly. Evaluation and treatment recommendations were helpful and quick as well, particularly in the middle of a workday.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. My experiences have been we get right in at our scheduled appointment time and have great service - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive - or we wait an hour or more past our appointment time with zero acknowledgment of our existence in the waiting room. I know clinics are swamped and healthcare availability can be limited so I don’t complain to the workers…but waiting so long for a scheduled appointment when either myself or someone in our family is ill is stressful. That - and waiting amongst others coughing and sneezing and feeling terrible. Yuck. At least they offer face masks. The system could be run more smoothly.
