United Cargo and Logistics Review I recently used United Cargo and Logistics to transport my 77kg dryer from my storage in JLT, Dubai, to my home in Muscat, Oman, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From start to finish, the communication was amazing—they kept me informed at every step, which gave me peace of mind. The transport process was smooth and efficient, taking just 4 days via road, which I found reasonable considering the distance. The team made the process incredibly simple. All they needed from me were the commercial invoices, and they handled everything else, making the experience stress-free. The rates were very affordable, and the care they showed in handling my dryer was evident when it arrived in perfect condition. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional logistics company, I highly recommend United Cargo and Logistics. They exceeded my expectations! A big shout out to Shahaf in Dubai and Yazeem and Nazim in Muscat who took care of everything. Thank you guys.

The service is very, very bad, indescribable. I cannot communicate with them unfortunately. I can only talk to a robot. I want a real person, a normal human being, to talk to me. And there is no appointment schedule. They come to you suddenly and say that there is cash payment only and that I cannot pay online. Sorry, but we are in Dubai, the country of civilization and development. Secondly, they come without an appointment and no one is at home and they postpone my appointment for weeks and no one apologizes or anything at all. It is one of the worst companies I have dealt with, unfortunately. Also, the amount is very, very, very expensive for your delivery, which takes months and days.

I am writing to express my extreme Frustration & dissatisfaction going on with the United Cargo & Logistics which i have received . My experience is so Pathetic , and I feel compelled to address several critical issues to the Public . Firstly, it was a Air Cargo the most expensive service they asked to choose to deliver my items . and in the middle of nowhere they asked me to pay charges for Commercial which was way high , and when i asked them to deliver it to my Dubai they refuse to it . And When i returned back to Dubai and asked my Cargo they stated asking the Delivery Charges and not giving back my cargo.( Screenshot attached) I expect to addressing these issues, along with NOT TO HAVE United Cargo & Logistics UAE for any Cargo and logistics Services , the company is full of Fraud and Liars . I want Dubai Consumer form should take action against these Fraud Companies .

This is the worst cargo company I have ever dealt with. They failed to check the location I provided and ended up delivering my bag to the wrong country. On top of that, they charged me very high fees. When my bag didn’t reach the correct destination, they promised to bring it back to the UAE, but I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, they have not refunded my money. Additionally, the TRN number they provided in the invoice looks fake and cannot be tracked on any tracking website. Completely unacceptable service!
