Part 1 Taking the time to shout out Daniel K, store manager at the Newbury St. location! My friend and I were looking for a few items and he went above and beyond to find the sizes we needed in the back and helped my friend order something that was out of stock. He was just so kind, even during such a busy time in the store. Part 2 I had the pleasure of being helped by Daniel K at Uniqlo, and he and his team were truly phenomenal. Daniel was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to help us find the right sizes, offering suggestions and making sure we felt comfortable with everything. His genuine care, along with the team’s support, made our experience feel enjoyable. I highly recommend Daniel and his team, they really make a difference!

Got a online order there, pick is on the 2nd floor with the cashier and if you to do a return of them you can’t (for online orders) you can only exchange your items on the second floor cashier as well. Also love the sale items here. Keep an eye out!

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I was walking out with my newly purchased clothing and politely asked where I could throw away the wrappers. Instead of offering help, the employee passive-aggressively questioned whether I had even bought the item.

I noticed that the store is kept well organized and clean. Even at the self checkout the girl working there was very attentive to her surroundings to the point where she asked me if I needed help with processing my transaction on the self checkout machine.
