Uniq Block Management

We moved to Uniq a few years ago and have had a wonderful experience using them. Our service charge has been reduced and our buildings insurance premium has been lowered considerably. John manages our building and he is extremely polite and highly efficient. Emails get replied to quickly and their contractors are solid. John gets things done! They are on call for anything urgent over the weekends too when we needed. All of the team are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good building management company

Since Uniq took over the management of our building there has been no fuss, no stress and no disputes. Lee makes himself very accessible and our property manager Emma, is pro-active, knowledgable, professional and approachable. She is really quick to respond to any query and a pleasure to work with. I’m delighted that we found Uniq and hope to work with them for many years to come. Highly recommended.
