They were at my house first thing in the morning like they said they would be. They dug up my yard with a backhoe, installed a backflow valve and a clean out on my main drain. Even the building inspector said everything was done to code and looked very professional before they backfilled .The whole crew was very friendly and professional. No one was standing around doing nothing. They were in and out with the quickness. These guys are the real deal. I would 100% recommend them. I haven't had a problem with water in my basement since. And we've had some pretty bad storms since they were here. Thanks again Mike, Greg and Tony for a 5 star job. You guys are the best.

This place stole my money! I told them my water heater needs repair they put a part on lit the pilot. I paid 200.00. I left and came back and the pilot was out. They kept coming back over a period of two days and couldn’t fix it. I ask for my money back and they refused. Never and I mean NEVER use Moore brothers because they don’t know what they doing, and they won’t give you your money back and nothing will be fixed.

One of the worst plumbing services around. For 6 years I've kept their number for emergencies, and any time an issue arises I wonder I why I continue to try their company. They will answer and say they will get back to you with a time of service and never do. You will follow up and they will give you a time, and then postpone or take days to call you back. Today was my final try, and finally deleting their number as an option. Especially after receiving a referral from a neighbor, and that person making effort to stop on their way to another job. I hope others have a better experience with Moore Brothers, but my attempts are now done.
