Ultimate Staffing (Culver City) has been the only recruiting agency in town that has been communicative with me. Trust me, I've tried a few, and most of them are just glorified job boards. The market has changed so much in 2024-2025 that procedures have changed with agencies, now being less involved with applicants searching for jobs.However, Ultimate Staffing is a different story! Sam - my recruiter - has been great at communicating; he is always keeping tabs with me on potential job opportunities on a weekly basis. Frankly, the biggest challenge Sam has to deal with is the current ever-changing climate of the 'wants and needs' of employers. In the past, it seemed it was much easier and quicker to find applicants jobs. But in 2025, finding assignments for temp work is a less swift process. Thankfully, Sam is pretty upfront about how things work in today's market, so I really appreciate this honesty and transparency. The best thing about the Ultimate Staffing recruiters is their coaching sessions. My one-on-ones with Sam before interviews has been very helpful with his insight and advice. Final Thoughts: My advice for any recent unemployed folks is that they should sign up to an agency like Ultimate Staffing ASAP! Do not wait until the last minute when their benefits runs out. Depending on the season, it may take a few weeks or even months to find work. Keep that mind!

I highly recommend you contact the Century City office when you're looking for new job opportunities. I am very thankful to have been connecting with Sam. I’m not sure what it is about Ultimate/ Roth Staffing, but I’ve had 3 recruiters from this agency track me down over the years, and all 3 times I ended up not only interviewing with their client, but getting a job offer. 3 for 3 with a recruiting agency is unheard of these days. They are my good luck charm! Most recently, I worked with Isabella. I found her very helpful and responsive from start to finish.
