I’ve been going to this gym for about a month now and I’m so glad I decided to get a membership here. Not only is it affordable and perfectly on my route to and from work/home, but they really meant it when they said “the friendliest gym in the QC”!! The staff and the members are so nice and encouraging, and I really think that’s actually motivated me more to go to the gym every morning! There’s plenty of machines and free weights too! Highly recommend this place!!

I used the gym as a guest while staying at the Holiday Inn - Rock Island. Hotel guests can use it for free, although they also offer day passes. I liked it. It's not fancy, but it wasn't crowded, the staff was friendly, and it had everything I needed. It's smaller than its sister gym in Bettendorf, but the proximity to the Holiday Inn makes it far more convenient for me since I like having a hotel with a full service gym. Gym members can also use the hotel pool

So apparently there is a volunteer named Richard , he is so rude, mean , and creepy towards all the women . I've been a long time member here and have multiple friends and family members that come here. None of us will be returning. I really enjoyed ultimate fitness until this volunteer completely ruined a good thing a good, vibe, ECT. So unfortunately I can not support this business that allows volunteers to blatantly disrespect paying customers

I had a disturbing encounter with a worker on a ladder at this establishment. The ladder was precariously leaned against a wall on a flight of stairs, which seemed extremely unsafe. When I chose not to walk under the ladder for my own safety, the individual stared at me all creepy. This kind of behavior and disregard for safety is unacceptable. Definitely talking to my girlfriend about switching gyms !
