I ordered bottles of football vodka for groomsman and father of the bride presents for my wedding last week. I ordered them because they looked amazing and I knew they would be a unique gift. Everyone loved them. When I made the order it was dispatched in 2 parts and 1 part arrived and the other never, I contacted the company on the week of my wedding stressing as it seemed to still be lost in transit, within half an hour of my online message I received a call from the owner who sent out replacements which literally arrived the next day. Good customer service is so rare these days I needed to share because honestly it made a stressful week so much less stressful and I’m so appreciative of all Julian’s help. Would defo recommend! Also the bottles are stunning. Thanks again.

Poor packaging, smashed bottle - no refund or replacement. Never received the item, then Royal Mail advised it was sent back to Bohemian Brands. I called up Bohemian Brands at least 50 times, no answer. Even after I left them about 6 voicemails! I have emailed them countless times, no response also. THEN the item turns up smashed to pieces in a plastic bag. Clearly it was poorly packaged and Royal Mail must have smashed it in transit. Still have not heard back from Bohemian Brands regarding a replacement or a refund!! I saw bad reviews before purchasing from here but it was the only place that sold what I was after for a friend. However, I wish I trusted the reviews and did not purchase from here. Poor/Non-Existent customer service. If something goes wrong, forget about it - kiss your money goodbye. Stay away from here!!!!!!! I will never purchase anything from here again.
