There are 2 common denominators in the reviews for this business. 1, former customers (myself included) have decided to take their business elsewhere because of this one individual. 2, Said individual is astonishingly ignorant to his own poor behaviour. Singularly, my decision to shop at a competitor for my home & business amounts to many $$$$’s a year in losses for Mike. Not a big deal on its own and Mike would have you believe it’s just a ‘bad customer’ and he doesn’t welcome such. Multiply these losses with so many others who are disappointed and refuse to re-visit this establishment and it is unimaginable. On principle alone, I cannot, on my desperate days, allow myself or my employees to shop here. Mike, go get some help.

Just moved from Hamilton and have been using U-Fill. Good water and ice, but was very disappointed when I recently went in for ice and the price went up by 20% without any notice. I am editing this review, after the Owner, Mike, confronted me, while I was at U-Fill getting water refills from my account. I am also leaving my original review at the beginning, which was a very good 4 star review, which has now been changed to a 1 Star after the confrontation by the owner. I visited U-Fill on Saturday, June 30/22 to get water refills from my account, as I have been a customer for over a year. While there, the Owner, Mike, angrily confronted me about my previous 4 Star review, which I thought was very good. Apparently, he was extremely angry regarding my comment that I was disappointed that the price of his ice went up by 20%, without any notification. While at U-fill that day, Mike loudly started scolding, berating, lecturing and bullying me about this comment in my review, he was extremely confrontational and aggressive in his behaviour towards me, in his Store with other customers present. This type of uncontrollable and aggressive behaviour demonstrates a lack of self-control on his part towards customers and is very unprofessional for a business owner. Fortunately, I was able to show self control and not lower myself to his standard. Mike exhibited Zero customer service skills and requires considerable effort learning how to deal with and interact civilly with his customers. Since Mike was not getting a response from me, he went to the counter and asked the person sitting there, how many refills I had left, he then proceeded to bring over a ten dollar bill to me and mentioned to me , not to return to the Store, as he did not want my business anymore and I was not welcomed there anymore. I believe the older gentleman sitting behind the counter was Mike's father and I was very surprised that his father would condone such unacceptable behaviour from his Son, but then again, it was his father who went to get him to confront me, when I first arrived. I certainly would never do business with Mike again and would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone. As I have observed in previous negative reviews regarding Mike's behaviour, he always seem to come up with excuses in his attempt to discredit them, so I am wondering what his excuse will be in my case, as I have a witness, who was present with me and can confirm exactly what occurred. This person that was present with me at the store was completely shocked at the manner in which Mike acted.

U-Fill did an excellent job on installing a water softener for our house. They worked around the irregularities our house presented and we are so happy they were able to get us installed! Very great price point and the work was done super quickly. Super glad to be able to go local for this service!

Owner is a jerk. Angry and rude to customers. Avoid this place. I've had the displeasure of purchasing water from him before. There's a reason all the reviews say the same thing. Horrible customer service. Your better drinking from a swamp
