This company booked me and a truck the same time and did not inform me of this. When I arrived at the pick up location the pick said they were already loading a guy. It was difficult getting set uo and took a few hours due to glitches on their end. Then She called me a few times and I informed her I was getting a fuel could she hold on a minute. She and Sherry the broker wanted to knowmy eta, although she had me being tracked my macro point. In my opinion first impression is always your best impression. If I could rate this cononay a minus 5 stars i would and the only reason she's getting a 1 start rating is because you have to select one to give your review. I will be filing a $150 truck no used payment and if they don't puay a UCC1 lien will be filed and DOT # complaint unload with a claim on their Bonding insurance because we have evidence this was done intentionally. I will never use this comonay again and theyvare on our do not book a load through them list.

This company very unprofessional especially Patrick the guy is extremely rude and probably should seek a new profession or atleast anger management the guy is trash

We've been working with UCW Logistics almost 2yrs now. Autumn, Victoria & Jennifer are absolutely magnificent. We've had a couple of invoice issues but it was resolved SAME DAY no waiting or back and forth to get paid. Actually anytime anything comes up its taken care of immediately. Thank you ladies for always being available via email or phone.. I've interacted with a lot of logistics companies and for me UCW is one of the best!!
