The last 3 months they have been late in getting our orders so my son has run out of his bene protein packets. This month they still have not contacted me even though I have left them two messages and I can't get onto their situs app to chat with them. I had to purchase a case of his formula online for $75 just so I would have enough to get through until I could switch to a new company for my son's feeding supplies. I would never recommend University of Iowa Home Health to anyone!

They are great! I get our supplies in timely manner. A few hiccups but they got them all situated!

They now want you to call to place orders but yet they never answer there phones and if you leave a voice mail they have the same excuse every time about how they got a new phone system and they don't get there voice mails. How can I place my sons orders when no one answers the phones

Worse company to get your home supplies delivered to your house. They make monthly mistakes with your supplies, I have to call them all the time to let them know they didn't send me all my supplies like food for my disabled daughter and g-tube supplies.
