The selection of fashions and styles is impressive, catering to all occasions, whether you're looking for something casual, chic, or sophisticated. What I love most is the variety; there’s always something new and trendy to discover. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist you in finding the perfect outfit. Plus, the deals are fantastic! It’s hard to resist picking up a few extra pieces when the prices are this good. Overall, Aritzia is my go-to destination for stylish clothing and accessories. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — you won’t be disappointed!

I want to clarify, there is nothing wrong with the ‘service’ my wife and I received. Sales associate was friendly and helpful. However, we had to get the associate to help us order the jacket we bought to our home. This usually isn’t a problem, my wife has done this many times. This time, the associate confirmed our address by asking us the our condo complex name, and not the actual address. What happened afterwards, was that FedEx was not able to ship to us due to the fact that there was no building number, unit number, or even street name on the shipping address. This resulted in me calling FedEx and getting wrong information from there as to where and when I can pick it up, I wasted an entire afternoon driving around, only to be told it is not ready for pick up. I understand part of the experience is FedEx’s fault, but everyone please for the love of God, make sure you double check your full address is listed on your artizia profile or shipping address and not just your apartment complex name. We are all human, it is a simple mistake, but everyone, please be careful when verifying your address.

I’ve always been very skeptical of shopping at Aritzia. As a shy girl who was bullied in high school, I never felt confident walking in or asking for help—the staff always looked so fashion-forward that I found them intimidating, almost like “mean girls.” Because of that, I usually avoided shopping here. But my experience at this location on Saturday completely changed that. I was helped by a sales associate (she was wearing a Green Bay Packers jersey), and she was absolutely wonderful. She was approachable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She introduced me to the different versions of the Effortless Pant—something I would never have figured out or picked for myself—and she found me the right model that fit perfectly. For the first time, I felt comfortable and supported shopping at Aritzia. This experience really stood out to me, and I want to thank her for turning what used to feel intimidating into something enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff weren’t very nice. The Asian girl was quite careless, while the Caucasian girl with short dark hair was the only one who made me feel welcome. They probably lost my potential purchase. I’d prefer to shop somewhere else.
