Great news for DHL, I have a new most-horrible shipper. They supposedly tried to deliver twice but left no slip or notice at the door, and didn't provide any info about how to authorize delivery without a signature. The first I heard of this delivery was a notice that the 3rd attempt had failed. And of course, the notice was associated with the wrong parcel - one for a different name and address. It took multiple calls to find out what was going on with this delivery. Ultimately I had to take a 90 minute round trip to go pick it up from their distribution center where the first thing the worker there said to me when she found the parcel was "I called you" in a really accusatory way. Just incredible to see a shipping company run this poorly in 2025.

Got a delivery ordered for our business. It shows as "Business Closed Upon Arrival 1st Attempt". Business was open. Windows were open. No try to call the phone numbers on the order or even knock the door. Now i try to contact them via their customer service chat and "Cheryl" has not commented nothing in over 10 minutes. Take your business elsewhere.

I scheduled them to pass Monday for 2 separate shipments because I was not home the other day. They did not come and did not phone either. They showed up on Tuesday out of the blue instead. I called customer service and they had no knowledge about missed shipments at all. Do not use them for time-critical packages!!! They fail at the fundamental basis of their jobs (pick up shipment on the correct day, track the status of a shipment).
