Soledad had a negative / fighting attitude that made for a bad experience at the agency. Soledad was not our agent. Our agent was the girl that shares the office with Soledad. Our agent was welcoming, calm, helpful, and she was looking up flights for us. We asked our agent to look up the route with another airline (which we knew would be cheaper, based on an online search we did before coming). Our agent was helpful, and did indeed find a better + cheaper flight on the airline we suggested. Even though Soledad was not our agent, she interrupted our conversation with our agent, with a confrontational attitude, blaming us for asking for more flight options / prices with other airlines. The interaction was unprofessional, tense, and out of place, as she was not even our agent. Looking at prior Google reviews from the last few days, I see more mention of negative interactions with Soledad. I hope Soledad can become more pleasant and professional, for the sake of the agency, her colleagues, and the customers!
