Do not waste your money. They do not come unless you call and complain and by then it’s too late. Weeds are all over. We used Turf Care for two years based off of these reviews and references from neighbors. We paid extra to aerate our lawn based off their recommendations. I was home when they came and they do not use core aeration like it says on their website, but someone sprayed my lawn with a “new type of aeration” which does not create visible holes. I watched them miss half of my lawn. When I complained it was my word against theirs. I regret continuing their service but did so based on these reviews and neighbors referrals. Once the people who initially recommended Turf Care told me they both canceled their accounts because no one was showing up and weeds were present I started to really see the lack of service and trust I have for this company. They come when you complain or they don’t come at all and they sell you false information and product while taking your money. Maybe what was once a honest company is now not.

I’ve been with Turf Care for a while after I used another larger company. When I called to talk about my lawn, I was a surprised that a live person answered the phone right away. Most companies have that Dial 1 for this or dial 2 for that. So that was refreshing. When I signed up for service, Ozzy, walked me through the process of what to expect within the next few days after I started my service. It was good to have that so nothing caught me by surprise. A day after my first treatment, Ozzy called me back to go over the things that the technician found on my lawn during their first visit and what they were planning to do about addressing them going forward. I appreciated this as I felt that they were on top of things and keeping me in the know. Its been about two years since I signed up and I have spoken to Ozzy or the staff several times since then. They always got back to me quickly whenever questions. This is great service as True Green would take days to call me back and it was always someone different. My lawn is much different now than it was when I first signed up. The weeds are gone and my yard looks great! If you are looking for a company that does not have a call center or you don’t want to always talk to someone different every time you call, I would strongly recommend Turf Care. It is always nice to have a direct contact person in a company. I feel that they are one of the last few companies who actually care about their customers and not brush them off only to take their money. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a great service!

This year we've had such an improvement to our lawn. An area in the front was full of weeds in the Spring and after one application it was noticeably better. The yard looks thick and healthy. Very happy we switched service providers.

We just started with Turf Care Industries this spring and after just three applications our yard has never looked better, greener and overall healthier. So many people have commented on how nice our lawn looks. The service techs have been first rate with attention to detail and knowledge. I would highly recommend this company.
