I had an amazing experience with Sarah for my first RF micro needling treatment. She was very professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The numbing was incredibly effective, and I had very felt little to no discomfort during the entire procedure. Her expertise and care made all the difference, and I couldn’t be happier. I will be scheduling another treatment with her. Highly recommend!

Glow Med Spa requires you to purchase a package for laser hair removal, which I now regret. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and not at all client-friendly. I spent over ten minutes on the phone today just trying to make an appointment and had to speak with two different people just to get a simple answer about whether the treatment area included a single toe. It’s ridiculous to waste that much time on something so minor. There are countless other places where the process is smoother, more transparent, and much quicker. Unfortunately, I’m now locked into a package I don’t feel good about, and I’m writing this review to hopefully save others the hassle. I’m only giving two stars instead of 0 because my tech was really sweet, but she even seemed confused and scared of management.
