Megan SkeuseGlow Med Spa requires you to purchase a package for laser hair removal, which I now regret. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and not at all client-friendly. I spent over ten minutes on the phone today just trying to make an appointment and had to speak with two different people just to get a simple answer about whether the treatment area included a single toe. It’s ridiculous to waste that much time on something so minor. There are countless other places where the process is smoother, more transparent, and much quicker. Unfortunately, I’m now locked into a package I don’t feel good about, and I’m writing this review to hopefully save others the hassle. I’m only giving two stars instead of 0 because my tech was really sweet, but she even seemed confused and scared of management.
RoseI get laser hair removal for Brazilian and underarms. Each one of the technicians I’ve had has been fantastic. My favorite one thus fur has been Amanda. She is so knowledgeable about skin textures, and ways to obtain perfect smooth Barbie skin. They actually assess your skin type and decide which machine would be better for you. All of my experiences have been great at glow medspa/new look. There’s parking adjacent to the building and the office, itself is modern with gray, pink, white and gold hues.
