Customer experiences
It looks doom and gloom on the outside. The entrance is in need of a good clean, but I understand it's because of the constant homeless people in the parking lot. But it's surprisingly cute and cozy inside. Staff members are friendly. The kids' play area is pretty small, but it's enough since it doesn't seem to get crowded.
A great place for quiet relaxation. suitable for reading, working, studying. Parking is a bit complicated and feels unsafe because there are many strangers outside. I came to use the printer and the staff was very enthusiastic. Printers here are not free. Extremely friendly staff happily helped me with everything
the homless people are not intrested in you they wait here for food and supply's they aren't gonna steal or harm your children you leave them be they leave you be. bathroom is really clean! nice and quiet! Just lock your car like you should always do walk in and this will be your next favorite spot nice bright open spaces !
I couldn’t say how much I love this place. This place was where I first had been to study, learn English since I just came the U.S. (self-educated) and I always appreciate that. About the atmosphere, this’s such a great place for kids playing around, safe, separate from busy life out there. And of course, there’re many other rooms for those needing quiet to work/study. *A small drawback is that some people talk and laugh too loudly sometimes. Please, be polite and keep this place as much tranquility as possible.
