Staff are happy to answer any questions no matter how small. Repair’s look good, very happy. They collected my car whilst dropping off my courtesy car (insurance). Took a little while to get the car into the shop, but this wasn’t any fault of their own (global parts shortage).
Friendly professional staff did a quality job repairing our family car even dropped it back home at the end was a painless process from start to finish 10/10 .
On Tuesday morning after a bank holiday weekend I turned up at CS Auto with one of the Wedding Cars. The the front wing stoved in by a careless person parking. That car was booked to collect a bride 4 days later and new panels are not available for these old cars. 36 hours later I was called to say it had been repaired. If that doesn't warrant a 5 star review I don't know what does.
