We found Truth plumbing online and reach out for a consultation for the installation of a heat pump and mini split. Matt is the owner and operator, and he arrived on time and prepared. He was professional, patient, and answered all of our questions. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave an overview of what he envisioned would be best for our home. Matt even recommended we get quotes from other companies to make an informed decision. He didn’t try to push us into committing to his company, and gave us the time to discuss with other experts. He understood the big investment we were making and wanted us to make a comfortable and informed decision. After talking to 2 other companies who were also well reviewed, we still felt that Truth plumbing was the best option for us. What stood out to us was the amount of time Matt spent with us during the consultation and his friendly and approachable nature. He already had a clear process on how the installation could be done for our home. Unlike the other companies, there were some uncertainties and doubts that didn’t sit well for us. During the actual installation of the Heat Pump and a mini split, as with any major home project, there were a few obstacles that came up. Whenever his team found these obstacles, Matt reached out to us through FaceTime and walked us through his observations and proposed some solutions. They did their best to hide the cables and wiring, and worked as hard as possible to match it with the existing facade of the home. He kept the workspace clean and tidy, especially the areas of higher traffic. Despite some delays that were out of their own control, they made every effort to complete the job staying late and returning on subsequent days - even during the heavy windstorm. And he takes great pride and care in his work. Highly recommended. Overall, we’re happy with Truth’s installation, the competitive pricing, and the professional communication with Matt and his team. Highly recommend Truth plumbing to anyone looking for an HVAC installation!

Truth Plumbing & HVAC provided exceptional service for my furnace and heat pump installation. When my old furnace broke they quickly assessed the situation, offering a dual fuel system eligible for significant rebates. They originally arrived to conduct a repair service on Thursday evening, and By Friday afternoon all the equipment was already delivered for the new system installation. The installation team arrived on Monday as scheduled, with excellent communication via text messages. They worked diligently and efficiently, completing the job quickly. On Monday I already had my heat back. I now have a fully functional heating and cooling system. I highly recommend Truth Plumbing & HVAC for their professionalism, speed, and excellent service.

Outstanding service and efficiency to get the job done right at a reasonable cost. We received the full rebate on a dual fuel system. Matt and his team made the paperwork and process simple. Truth. -Came out and did a thorough inspection to offer a free quote. Competitors came out and were in-and-out in 5 minutes, just quoted me without really analyzing the details. -Came back a 2nd time to walk us through the installation (again, no charge) -Came back a 3rd time to install FOR FREE a new condensation pump after our old one shut off and stopped working. Matt diagnosed the issue on a video call with me and showed me a band aid fix until he came out. No charge. Something he had nothing to do with did not cause and bore no responsibility for. Just to be nice, helped me out.
