David and the team at Fortress are heaven sent. My key snapped inside my lock on a Saturday night and I got utterly scammed by another locksmith, lying to me about not being able to get it out and hugely overcharging me for a new lock. I got suspicious when I looked into getting extra key copies cut, so found Fortress on the MLA site and contacted them for advice. David explained what had happened and then he & his team rectified the problem for me at no cost, getting the snapped key out and putting the old lock back in, so I had my old, better lock back in place. They were so understanding and helpful, plus they really know what they’re talking about. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great shop and great guys that work here. Always friendly and helpful, good prices too! I'm lucky enough to work nearby and always come here for key copies etc. You can WhatsApp them to ask questions and get a price. Popped in today to have a key fob copied, super fast and great service as always. Excellent price. Will always come back :)
