I am leaving a review as I am so frustrated and unhappy with the service I was not provided at the 210 Pinenush location. In Cambridge ON The two ladies there were rude and of zero help. I had my pick up slip and it clearly stated, pickup after 10am on the correct day, yet they would not help or explain why I couldn’t pick up my package. I left and returned on the Monday as I got a text telling me my package was again at this location for pick up and once again it was not there. They offered no explanation or help of any kind, I think it is pathetic a company of this size cannot help customers who clearly have taken all the right steps and get nowhere. Why am I being changed 25.00 for delivery when an attempt was NOT made(as claimed) while we were home and did not receive a knock. And then when going to the designated location no package to be found and rude unhelpful staff. Makes Purolator looks very poor. These two have soured my opinion of the company. I would in no way refer or use this company of my own volition. Please address the issues or review the process of informing customers I. A timely fashion with relevant updates Update: I have since spoken to customer service over the phone and hope to have the issue resolved by Thursday. Unfortunately I may have to revisit this location. Which I am not looking forward to.

Just dropped off 5 packages as a business client and asked for a receipt to confirm my drop off. The Manager in the light blue button-up shirt gave me a hard time about giving me a drop off receipt because I have an account. Printing my shipping slips does not confirm drop off. Getting a receipt when I drop packages off does. She gave me some story about sometimes there is one person working and a line. I don't see the problem if I am willing to wait in line for my packages to be scanned so I have proof of drop off. There was no need for any of it. All I asked for was a receipt I have a question in regards to your response Vanessa. If my customer does not get their package and purolator has no record of it being scanned because the person I left the package left missed scanning it. What is my recourse? Is my receipt from when I drop my package off, not the proof I need to show it was there at all? Or do you just take my word for it and pay me for the lost value.? Our drop off receipts are the proof we need for any organization to show it was in your possession and therefore the receipt should just be given. Especially when requested

Update* don't respond to my message when I have talked to everyone at Purolator and you fix nothing. All you people do is respond to people's complaints but you never follow up and actually fix things. I'm getting tired of trying every single thing I can to get them to leave the package at the door. I was assured with the sticker on my door they would leave the package but they still will not enter the building and walk upstairs to my door, it's a little hard as I'm elderly and there's a reason why I have things delivered (because I can't pick them up). Every time a package comes from Purolator I have to pick it up absolute lazy drivers, Canada Post is so much more reliable but these damn strikes are making me have to pick other options.

Absolute horrendous customer support here at this location. I dealt with a woman that wore glasses and works the morning shift. She needs to go to back to customer support school with her mannerisms and willing to help people. Didn’t give me clear logic for my problem of needing to ship from and return from the same address location which is what the US Consulate of Toronto requested. But she appeared to have all the answers apparently which didn’t check the boxes. Not impressed and you’ve lost a customer here Purolate due to the lack of this woman’s manners and helpfulness.
