yash parekhI am abhay parekh . I have a membership with trufitt and hill at the powai branch . I have been a member since 1.5 years I have taken membership on 2nd june 2023 and have been a member since then I had taken the classic membership for 1 year duration with an additional month So that membership ended on 31 july 2024 Following which manager at powai branch at that time discussed with me about renewal of the membership. At that time he gave me the offer of paying rs 82,000 to get royal membership for 13 months instead of classic membership allowing me to use the services on weekends Inspite of repeated requests, no written confirmation or receipts for the same were provided. However the same was confirmed verbally by the manager Mr.Saydan Sayyed at that time .so i purchased the membership based on the trust factor built over the last 1.5 years On 14th jan 2025, desk manager at powai branch informed me that my membership has expired stating that my membership status is royal gift card, which was never mentioned to me on my previous visits nor while purchasing the plan . There was no solution provided by area manager Mr Shivkumar Rana. He asked me to send a mail to the customer support team and till date I have not recieved any reply from them . Kindly beware while purchasing memberships .
