Thankful that on my birthday i was taken care of efficiently and effectively by the staff, Every single one of the Staff were genuine and kind hearted and even wished me a happy birthday. Complete day and night from the urgent care in Detroit areas. The one staff that gave me stickers made the whole visit! Would recommend anyone to go there.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Urgent Care Experience I’ve Ever Had I was in and out with stitches in about 20 minutes — incredibly fast and efficient. I walked in feeling pretty unwell and anxious, but the staff’s kindness and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. The space itself has a great aesthetic, which honestly makes a big positive difference psychologically. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I usually feel a little awkward talking to hospital staff because of my Asperger’s, but they had such a warm and natural way about them that I didn’t feel weird at all — which is rare for me. Just an all-around excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing experience all around! The woman who took my info was so friendly and sweet! I was a walk in 30 minutes before close and I was seen almost immediately too! The tech who took my vitals was pleasant and made the experience super quick and easy (super cool note taking device too). The nurse practitioner was so nice and very thorough! Talked me through everything and did everything she could to alleviate my symptoms. I have always had good experiences down state where I live but this experience was really great!

Receptionist was incredibly kind and straight forward with check-in. The nurse assistant was nice and to the point with the procedure of taking vutals. Abbey Gatewood was amazing as a nurse. No unnecessary questions, to the point, a little goofy with a cute charm to her that I believe children and adults will love to be around when having to go in. If she decides to stay in the field, I have no doubt she could be the best in her field of study.
