I found Vai on line and she helped my dad by coming to his home as he's elderly to help him with his sciatica. After the first visit he was already feeling better. She came once a week for a month and gave him exercises and he is back to driving and walking again with his cane. She's fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone who would prefer to have physio done in the comfort of their own home. You pay a little more but so worth it!

Vaidehi knows what she is doing, she explained how muscles work in detail to me which helped me focus on training them. Exercises suggested by Vaidehi were simple and THEY WORKED!
