If you are working with a company it seems very good but once you leave you know how it is! Top management might be good but their leaders are very workaholic. They need justification on each task. Whenever we do a good business for the company at that time they don't have any issue with us but after that they have a lot of problems. If you get selected in this company you also need to give another interview for a new project. So every project you need to follow this process, if you get selected then you work on that project otherwise you need to attend another interview… Sometimes it happens like you are working on behalf of another developer. Well played!
