Called him to ask if he could come out to my rental property in London. He said he was backed up and might be a couple days. I said no problem book me in. He called me back later that afternoon and said he had an opening and he could send someone right away. I provided contact info for my tenants to get in. He never showed up. I called next day to see if he could come out. He didn’t answer. I texted him, no response. I called the third day and texted him if he could show up. No response. If he was too busy he should have told me and I would have moved on. I called another plumber and they arrived within 3 hours. Will not be trying these guys again.
