Akal FreightOur experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a carrier, we’ve hauled six loads for them, and every single one has had significant issues. Each load resulted in at least 7 hours of detention time, yet the broker, specifically Katie Devine, has failed to resolve these matters appropriately. The worst part is that they knowingly send carriers to shippers who take over 24 hours to load, yet they pressure and threaten carriers with 411 reporting if we refuse to pick up. This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for carriers’ time and resources. Additionally, their excuse for not paying detention is that the shipper has incorrect times, which is entirely the broker's responsibility to verify and handle. Unfortunately, the broker failed to manage these issues, leaving us without compensation for lost time. If you value your time and professionalism, I recommend avoiding this company. They do not respect carriers or handle their responsibilities properly.

When booking my load I told Kyle about my situation and he told me he likes to keep things simple, just pickup the phone and call me if you run into any problems. These guys were very supportive. They got me on my feet. Now run 23 trucks. All thanks to Triple T team.
