If you’re looking for a place to stay DO NOT RENT, BUY, NOTHING from this company. They do not care about your well being at all. I went almost two weeks without water coming from my shower, the communication with the service and maintenance department is absolutely horrendous. They will give you the run around about everything. It’s absolutely annoying how the conduct business with tenants. I asked if I still had to pay for a full month of utilities despite me not having water and of course I still have to pay my utilities in full. Even though I had to do the most to shower because I couldn’t do that in the comfort of my own apartment. Nasty attitudes by the women in the office, Sterling is the only person who has great customer service in the service department. These people just want your money. Look elsewhere for a place to live, I’ve only been renting with this company going on two months and I HIGHLY regret the decision of renting through them!!!!
I applied with Triple E Property Management at the beginning of September 2025, and both my husband and I paid separate application fees. It’s now been over a month with no approval, no denial, and no clear communication from anyone at the office. We have clear backgrounds, no evictions, and a verified income that’s over four times the rent, so there is absolutely no reason why we shouldn’t already be in our home. What’s even more concerning is that this company lists a UPS Store as their office address instead of an actual property office, which raises serious questions about professionalism and transparency. Since our repeated emails have been ignored, I am requesting a full refund for both application fees immediately. If this matter is not resolved, I will be filing formal complaints with the BBB, HUD, and the State Attorney General for unresponsive and misleading business practices. Fairness, honesty, and communication should be standard in housing not something applicants have to chase.
Worst Experience Ever! AVOID THIS COMPANY! We wanted to rent a property and they failed all around. Evona the owner and Nathan the property manager didn’t even lift a finger. Got ahold of Kevin the admin assistant. We paid the $100 fee and they rented the property without notifying us durning the process. They asked us more questions after the property was rented and gave false hope. They didn’t do anything and asked for a refund and they said, they attempted to help and said they couldn’t refund the money. Most companies would offer to help find another home since money was paid. Not trustworthy. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Let's start with half of the employees are not legal in the US, they have avoided giving out employee id's and company information. every month its a new charge for something and mind you, you only have 15 days to pay rent or it will be an eviction then you have to move out within 10 days, when last time i checked in the state of Indiana you have a 30 day notice before being evicted. i mean god forbid life happens because they need the rent by the 15th. the staff is very rude and incompetent. i live in a duplex and my neighbor pays 400 less than me. they don't make sure the units are up to par before moving in. these homes are not fit for children at all. 0 out of 10 would not recommend living in this horrible community. and i am currently working on organizing a peacful protest to boycott tripple e property please contact me if you would like to participate in getting the correct service we deserve and pay for.
