I had to get a new doctor as mine retired. I randomly googled and found Dr. Payne….i had a great experience from the first time I called. The whole staff was very respectful helpful and was very engaged in getting me in for my appointment asap. The nurse and doctor actually took the time to listen to my concerns and needs and made me feel at ease. I’m very happy with my new doctor and staff! I look forward to my next visit.

Everyone at front office was very friendly and professional. Jason is a wonderful caring Doctor. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Lab nurse great too. I would highly recommend Trinity to everyone in Odessa. Great service in every way.

My visit was very nice. I was nervous but from the moment I walked in the office, the atmosphere was pleasant. The receptionist and nurse made me feel very welcome. Once Dr. Jason came in to see me he was very understanding of my situation and helped me to understand what I needed with no judgement and was very patient in answering all of my questions.
