First saw Dr Harding in the winter of 2021 due to a shoulder injury from overuse. My father referred me. They took the time to x-ray me and specifically identify where my injury occurred. From there a plan was established to get me back to work and it didn’t take long. I never felt pressured to get more than I needed, they got me back healthy and I was on my way. Fast forward to this year, I strained a neck muscle getting out the shower (getting old I guess) - Dr Harding recognized me immediately, got right to identifying the location of the strain, provided immediate relief & established a plan going forward. Dr Harding is a wealth of knowledge as well if you have any general questions while he’s seeing you. I workout a lot and he always has a good answer for any hurdles I’ve run into. I’m healed up now but intend to keep coming back for maintenance at this point. The importance of your physical health cannot be emphasized enough, that sentiment reigns especially true if you are dealing with pain! If you come into this office, I assure you that your investment will result in less pain and a better life style. The whole team is professional and friendly. They aren’t going to try to up-sell you on anything! This definitely isn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. A team of health professionals! Thank you for what you do!

Dr Harding takes time to listen to your concerns and talk through strategies to keep you moving and living your best life. His adjustments are very precise and leave you feeling aligned and ready to conquer the day.
