When I walk into “my” CVS and Ricky is there I know it will be an A+ experience. Most of the other employees and security are good but Ricky is absolutely the best. He solves everyone’s issues, there isn’t anyone he doesn’t have time for! Thank you for Ricky, he gets all five stars and then some 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible! The line for the pharmacy and how slow it moves is just ridiculous. It says drop off but lane 9 is the pick up area. Some of the people seem incompetent and slow . I really wish individuals and major businesses could do better. I will never return and I work steps away.

Worst pharmacy ever. Idk what they do behind the counter but there’s always one person working and 6 hanging in the back. The line is always long and they don’t always have your prescriptions ready

The service at the CVS on 14th Street and first avenue is very hard to find, the store never feels clean, the carpet looks filthy as does the store it needs a facelift.
